Responsibilities
  • Promote our media content and expand our brand awareness to broadcasters, digital platforms, and other potential partners.
  • Constantly seek opportunities for business development and synergies.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets, new channels, and partners.
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective partners.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing partners.
  • Create, negotiate, and close commercial agreements.
  • Keep accurate records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
  • Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople.

Required skills
  • Passion for games and animation.
  • Excellent communication and English language skills (written and spoken).
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with people at all levels, both internally and externally.
  • Energetic and professional working style.
  • Excellent prospecting, networking, negotiation and closing skills. The ideal candidate we are looking for is proactive, enthusiastic, confident, task-oriented, organised, systematic, thorough, agile, adaptable to changes, diligent, responsible and works well under pressure.

Required experience
  • 5+ years of experience (with a proven track record) in a business development/new business or account management role.
  • Must show an understanding of the challenges facing the industry at present and illustrate a knowledge of the operational attention to detail that will be required to succeed within the industry.
