Responsibilities
  • Internal recruitment specialist, searching for new employees, and contacting and shortlisting of candidates.
  • Managing existing collaborations with recruitment agencies and proposing new ones.
  • Working closely with hiring managers in order to understand needs, and to develop strategies for talent placement.
  • Suggesting and driving new ideas for employer branding.
  • Cooperation on internal HR projects and initiatives.
  • Making recommendations for process improvements.
  • Working efficiently as part of the team.

Required skills
  • In-depth understanding of the mobile entertainment market and the gaming industry.
  • Recruitment, talent acquisition, understanding and knowledge of hiring channels and media.
  • Understanding of HR related processes.
  • Organised, creative and energetic leader with a proven track record of completed projects.
  • Positive, make-it-happen, lead-by-example attitude.
  • Eager to work in a fast-paced startup environment with short project cycles.
  • Skills tailored to working in a multicultural, multilingual international environment.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Great knowledge of English.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills (ideally multilingual).

  • 3+ years of experience and success as a recruiter in the gaming industry.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the HR field.

An attractive compensation package will be constructed, consisting of base salary and participation in profit sharing scheme.
