In this role you will
- Prepare monthly accounting and financial reports, including balance sheet, P&L, and cash flow, in an international environment.
- Independently prepare corporate income tax calculations and ensure timely preparation and submission of related tax payments and documentation.
- Prepare and submit statistical reports and VAT returns, as well as support other tax and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Maintain and reconcile balance sheet, general ledger, and sub-ledger accounts, including intercompany, supplier, and customer accounts.
- Prepare and maintain documentation and supporting files for monthly and year-end reporting.
- Prepare data and documentation for set-off agreements, dividend resolutions, and other corporate accounting matters.
- Actively participate in local and group audit processes, including preparing financial statements, reports, and supporting documentation.
- Monitor accounting and tax obligations, identify process-related risks and opportunities, and propose practical solutions and improvements.
- Contribute to improving accounting processes, tools, and ways of working to increase efficiency, accuracy, and quality.

Your experience
- 8+ years of accounting experience, including experience in an international setting and independently managing key areas such as audits, payroll, tax compliance, and monthly financial reporting.
- Excellent accounting knowledge (complete ACA, CPA, ACCA, CFA, or CMA would be a plus).
- Advanced experience and skills with Excel.
- Experience with consolidation and independent handling of monthly closings and audits would be a plus.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central would be advantageous.
