Senior Systems and Monetization Designer - Vampirio

Vampirio is Outfit7's action role-playing game (RPG). We are looking for a Senior Monetization Designer to drive the systems underneath it: RPG progression and power curves, difficulty, economy and monetization. You will configure the simulations, prototypes and work with data. You will be responsible for Vampirio's economy and monetization implementation end to end, collaborating closely with product, game design, engineering and data.

In this role you will

  • Map the whole economy into one working model: currencies, sources, sinks, power and pacing.
  • Configure and maintain the economy model, and simulate every change before it ships.
  • Make progression felt and paced: tie difficulty, hero power and gear into one power budget, so that every upgrade matters and there is always a next goal.
  • Design and balance interlocking systems: hero and gear progression, currencies, sources and sinks, gacha, passes and live-operation economies.
  • Work on the monetization structure and make it systematic: in-app purchase offers, price ladders, passes, rewarded ads and segmentation.
  • Turn product questions into testable hypotheses, and validate them with data and A/B tests.
  • Support gameplay and economy prototypes, including models for new game ideas.
  • Write specs that engineers can build from, and follow them through release.

What we’re looking for

  • Strong economy modelling: sources and sinks, pacing and power curves. You are fluent in spreadsheets and comfortable simulating in code.
  • Data with agents: you pull and analyze BigQuery data through AI agents, and you validate every number — cross-checks against known totals, sample rows, reconciliation. Nothing reaches a decision unverified.
  • AI as normal practice: you have high-level, hands-on experience with agentic tools (for example Claude Code, Cursor, Codex). You use them to build economy simulations, prototypes and analyses, and you know where they fail.
  • Monetization craft: in-app purchase offers, price ladders, passes, rewarded ads and segmentation.
  • Hypothesis-driven: you support decisions with data.
  • Clear English, and specs that engineers can build from.

Your experience

  • 6+ years in free-to-play mobile game design. You were responsible for interlocking systems in a live game — for example progression, heroes or gear, gacha, passes, or a LiveOps economy — and you can describe the results.
  • A background in RPG, strategy, hybrid-casual or mid-core game will be a plus.
  • Experience with the Unity Editor will be a plus.

What we offer

  • Employment relationship with a legal entity within Outfit7 Group for an indefinite period of time, with a six-month probationary period.
  • Diverse work with exciting daily challenges, working as part of a team in a fun, relaxed environment.
  • Participation in attractive projects.
  • Development opportunities through training, seminars, and conferences.
  • Choice of sport, fitness, educational, and entertainment activities outside of work.
  • Healthy meals in the office.
  • Flexible working hours.
  • 24 days of paid vacation.
  • Participation in a discretionary bonus plan.
  • Christmas bonus (subject to internal policies).
  • We are open to exploring remote work possibilities, subject to the specifics of the candidate's location and preferences.
