Responsibilities
  • Plan strategic, creative marketing campaigns using in-depth understanding of communication channels, target groups, and users, while simultaneously exploring all kinds of new approaches and trends.
  • Manage marketing campaigns, ensuring that they are delivered on time and that they meet target objectives.
  • Keep all projects on track and lead them to success, organizing all project efforts and monitoring and balancing scope, time, budget, costs, risk and quality using your understanding of the creative development process.
  • Maintain clear and open communication channels between all team members involved on a project.
  • Work closely with external agencies and independent creatives on a variety of projects, overseeing the quality of content created.
  • Initiate and participate in brainstorming sessions to develop strategic, creative solutions for our products, produce proposals, and result-focused reports.

Required skills
  • Excellent marketing expertise, including strategic thinking, in-depth understanding of communication channels (preferably of the digital industry), and knowledge of industry trends.
  • Strong organizational, project, and time management skills.
  • Ability to move quickly and efficiently between multiple projects, tasks, and teams.
  • Impressive critical thinking skills with the ability to solve problems inventively and negotiate thoughtfully and effectively, valuing creative approaches but remaining data-focused.
  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in the English language, both written and spoken.
  • Independent, self-motivated working style, but with the abilities and skills necessary to work as part of a team.
  • Keen interest in mobile games.

Required experience
  • 3+ years of proven experience in the field of marketing, project management, or other similar field.
  • Experience in managing multiple campaigns, as well as expertise in the digital environment is preferred.
