Responsibilities
  • Organize and maintain personnel records.
  • Update internal databases (e.g. record sick days or maternity leave for employees).
  • Prepare HR documents, such as employment contracts and new hire guides.
  • Revise company policies.
  • Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates).
  • Answer employee queries about HR-related issues.
  • Assist the payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days, trial periods, and work schedules).
  • Provide support relating to the relocation process, including obtaining visas and work and residence permits.
  • Participate in various HR projects (e.g. the Wellbeing program).

Put your superpowers to work

Required skills
  • Experience with HR software, like HRIS or HRMS is a plus.
  • Good computer skills, including familiarity with programs like MS Office.
  • Thorough knowledge of labor laws.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize important projects.
  • Strong communication skills (phone, email, and in person) and fluency in the English language.

Required experience
  • Any experience in an HR-related role, such as HR Administrator or HR Administrative Assistant is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or university-level education in a relevant field is a bonus.
  • Keen interest in games is a great plus.
