In this role you will

  • Review, draft, and negotiate (international) contracts and execute legal reviews of digital tools in use within the company (including legal reviews and negotiating terms and conditions, and privacy documentation of digital tools).
  • Monitor and implement worldwide compliance regulations, providing legal advice and support to departments company-wide.
  • Manage various activities in the field of personal data protection (including GDPR and other privacy regulations in place worldwide).
  • Review and prepare internal acts in accordance with the needs of the company.
  • Collect and prepare data and documentation for the authorities.
  • Coordinate and cooperate with external contractors and legal experts.
  • Administer the process of approving and signing contracts, as well as other legal documents.
  • Monitor compliance with regard to internal acts and external regulations.
  • Participate in projects, provide legal assistance and collaborate with other departments.
  • Manage legally relevant internal registers and records where legal counsel is applicable.
  • Monitor legislation and standards, and manage any activities necessary to ensure internal compliance.
  • Provide legal setups for company or group events.

What we’re looking for

  • Passion for legal work, information technology and the mobile industry.
  • Good knowledge of and some experience with contract drafting, compliance work and privacy regulations.
  • Good communication skills, with excellent written and spoken English.
  • Precise and resourceful working style.
  • Ability to consistently deliver high quality work in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Understanding of and consideration for the business needs of the company.
  • A positive attitude towards work and self-improvement.
  • Ability to work both cooperatively in a team, and proactively as an individual.

Your experience

  • Second Cycle Bologna law degree, or university law degree.
  • Minimum two years’ experience working as a legal counsel or other comparable position in the legal profession (preferably in the compliance field).
  • Good knowledge of compliance (including privacy laws and regulations).
  • Good knowledge of English legal terminology.

  • A compensation package will be constructed, consisting of a base salary and participation in a profit-sharing venture.
