Responsibilities
  • Work on gameplay solutions for existing and new games.
  • Work closely with the Product team to keep the game’s vision aligned.
  • Communicate effectively with our multi-disciplinary team to ensure game design goals are achieved.
  • Use a level editor to design and implement 3D level layouts featuring great flow, composition, and progression.
  • Balance game features and tweak them using expertise, analytics data, and testing observations.
  • Create and build level mechanics that feel great to play.
  • Specify the level editor tools required for optimized workflow.
  • Prepare Game Design documents.
  • Design features that are fun, engaging, and easy to play.
  • Keep up to date with current mobile market trends and game design strategies.

  • Creative problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive approach to gathering feedback, and validating and incorporating results.
  • Agility with regards to iterative processes.
  • Strong communication skills, with fluency in the English language (both written and spoken).

  • 2+ years of experience as a Level Designer in the mobile gaming industry.
  • Experience working with level editors.
