Responsibilities- Handle audio pre-and post-production for our video content team.
- Ensure that Outfit7 Group’s incoming and outgoing sound production meets the highest quality standards.
- Create, record, edit, mix and implement sound effects, voice, and music across different media platforms and prepare it for other distribution channels.
- Create sound effects for games.
- Handle and organize audio assets.
- Research and investigate new technologies and workflow optimizations.
- Work efficiently as part of the team in a multilingual environment.

- Ability to balance being the holder of a vision with supporting and seeking consensus from a talented team of artists and game makers.

- Strong communication skills, with fluency in the English language (both written and spoken).

Required experience- 3+ years of experience in audio post-production.
- Strong technical background.
- Familiarity with loudness standards and TV broadcast requirements.
- Good sense for the production and optimization of workflows, as well as experience in managing large sets of assets.
- Basic understanding of non-linear video editing tools (Premiere, etc.).
- Experience in mixing and cutting music into complex musical arrangements (composing skills are not required, but are welcome).
- Experience with casting, voice directing, voice recording, editing and syncing to animation and video.
- Experience in recording foley and other sounds and designing them to create unique SFX.
- Experience in using Unity Editor or similar game engines, as well as any industry standard DAW, audio tools, and plugins.
