In this role you will
- Support the development of new licensing relationships and manage clients.
- Drive and handle the implementation of new ideas into business development plans and activities.
- Research key customer wants and needs and suggest solutions to meet them.
- Measure, track, and analyze the metrics of key accounts, as well as gather and create reports for management.
- Collect client feedback and share it internally with relevant departments, as well as suggesting and implementing improvements.
- Research market and client potential, and create target lists in connection to business development goals.
- execute pitches, and co-manage promotional and sales materials.
- Support and follow partners’ promotional activities, and coordinate between partners and our own marketing department.
- Plan and co-create marketing and promotional activities throughout the year.
- Plan and organize our activities, and attend industry events around the world.
- Handle cross-department cooperation on various projects with a view towards media content development and licensing activations.
- Manage development, implementation and execution of our “E-Commerce Strategy.“
- Oversee and operate our internal licensing management tools (product approvals, accounts, and assets library), and perform first level licensed product approvals in coordination with the marketing design department.
- In cooperation with our legal team, oversee agreements from drafting to signing.
- Manage documentation, data entry, and account management processes.
- Keep abreast of industry and market trends and best practices, and transfer your knowledge to our teams.

- Knowledge and understanding of legal agreements and of IP (intellectual property) protection “modus operandi“, with a willingness to learn about brand’s guidelines and manuals.
- Passionate about branding, design, and media content.
- Knowledge and /understanding of general production processes and licensing business models, including E-commerce.
- Positive, open-minded attitude.
- Fluency in the English language (both written and spoken), with additional languages a major asset but not essential.
Your experience
- At least 3 years of experience as a Licensing Expert (Licensing or Content Distribution Manager), or other relevant role (preferably as a Senior Key Account Manager or Junior Director of Business Development).
- Experience in the licensing, media content distribution, and/or entertainment industries is preferred but not required.
