From the moment you start working at Outfit7, we want to make sure that you’re happy, thriving, and can see your career development plan taking shape in real time.
On your first day, you’ll get a buddy; someone to show you around, tell you who the office joker is, and take you for a cup of coffee. It’s important to know where the team gets their java, after all. And if you’ve got questions, or you’ve already forgotten someone’s name, they’ll be there to help. To introduce you to the company culture and your team.
You’ll also get a mentor; a senior member of staff who will guide you and help you learn faster than you’d be able to do on your own. They’ll show you the professional ropes and how to climb them, help you develop your career, and broaden your horizons. And the Outfit7 Bootcamp workshops will tell you everything you need to know about the company itself, as well as our users and our plans for the future.
We want to make sure that the development plans you create when you join the company stay relevant and fluid. That’s why we’re here to help you whenever you need it. And why, for example, you’ll have biannual performance reviews with your manager. There will be feedback from the people you work with most and you’ll assess what’s great about your performance and what needs work. Top management will also meet to review your future development plans – along with those of each and every member of staff. It’s quite a lot of work for everyone, but the development and happiness of our employees is well worth the effort.
There are a myriad different ways of progressing your career and yourself here. We’ll tailor a personal development plan that’ll take you where you want to go, and put everything from workshops to language courses within your grasp. Some of our top workshops include:
- Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI): To help you understand how you and your team work best. It should help you save time, achieve more, and improve relationships.
- Core at Work (CAW): To heighten your self-awareness, including enhancing your collaborative skills and improving outcomes by promoting responsibility.
- Collaborative Communication: To go in-depth to help develop your communication skills, which are vital, these two workshops will help you learn how to properly and effectively express yourself.
Ultimately, the only limit on how far you can progress here is your imagination. If you want to learn, grow, and be fulfilled in your career, then we will help you.
Your career with us will never be limited by gender, age or years spent in your position. Those things don’t matter. What matters is you and your will to succeed.
