I’m having trouble downloading/installing/updating the app, can you help?
Google Play Store
Paid app? Please make sure your payment via Google Checkout was not declined.
If you get Couldn’t install on SD card, delete smdl2tmp1.asec in folder .android_secure
Then it is unfortunately an issue with the Google Play Store and not our app.
Please visit the Google Play Store Help Center for further assistance:

Game data (when you run the installed app for the first time)
Please try using WiFi instead of a mobile data network to download the game data. If you’re already on WiFi, try moving closer to the access point or connect to a different one if possible. Also keep the device still during download and do not obstruct its surroundings.
If the download gets interrupted, you can resume it by running the app again.
Having payment or credit/debit card issues?
We don’t do the payment processing – Google Checkout does.

How can I get a refund for an app or in-app billing?
Apps
Official Google policy states that you have 15 minutes from the time of download to return an application purchased through Google Play Store for a full refund. You may only return a given application once; if you subsequently purchase the same app again, you may not return it a second time. Please note that after the return period has expired, all sales are final.
After cancellation you may still notice a pending authorization on your credit/debit card, which will expire from your account in 1 to 14 business days. Contact your bank for details.

In-app billing
There is no 15-minute refund period.

Why was my credit/debit card charged multiple times for a single purchase?
A temporary $1.00 authorization may appear on your credit/debit card after signing up for an account. This will be removed from your statement after a few days, and you won’t be charged the extra $1.00.

How can I get my paid apps back after I reset my device or get a new one?
Your application purchases are tied to your Google Account and can be installed an unlimited amount of times on any device. So, for example, if you remove ‘My Favorite Game’ to save memory, you can reinstall it at a later date with no charge by simply visiting My Apps.
Please note that you can’t transfer paid apps between different Google Accounts.

Go to Settings -> Applications -> Manage applications -> [app name] -> Uninstall.
Any app not listed under Manage applications is not installed on your device and just shown as a recent/purchased app in the Google Play Store app.
