You can add password protection to help prevent accidental or unwanted purchases on your account. On some devices, password protection for purchases is set up on your account without you needing to take further action. If it is not enabled (or you have previously removed it), you can add through your Google Play Store app settings:
1. Open the Google Play Store app.
2. Touch Menu > Settings (depending on your device, your Menu icon may look different).
3. Under “User controls,” check the box next to Password – Use password to restrict purchases.
4. Enter your password when prompted.
Official Google policy states that you have 15 minutes from the time of download to return an application purchased through Google Play Store for a full refund. You may only return a given application once; if you subsequently purchase the same app again, you may not return it a second time. Please note that after the return period has expired, all sales are final.
After cancellation you may still notice a pending authorization on your credit/debit card, which will expire from your account in 1 to 14 business days. Contact your bank for details.
There is no 15-minute refund period – all refunds are at the discretion of the developer. Contact us below.
Many older mid-range and low-end devices are therefore incompatible. Additionally, the app is incompatible with the following devices because of graphic driver bugs that distort the image: Galaxy Pocket Plus, Galaxy Music and Galaxy Chat.
