In this role you will
- Prepare proposals for gameplay solutions for games and their features.
- Develop features that match the intended game experience for the selected target audience.
- Adapt and prioritize solutions according to game design principles, team feedback, technical constraints, and findings from user tests and analytics.
- Prepare and maintain detailed game design specifications.
- Communicate effectively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure game design goals are achieved.
- Collaborate closely with the rest of the team to deliver high-quality solutions in keeping with the overall game vision and LiveOps direction.
- Improve the game design workflow with new approaches, and share knowledge with peers.
- Keep up to date with current mobile market trends and game design approaches.
What we’re looking for
- Ability to produce coherent game design systems and structures.
- Good understanding of player behaviors and motivations across target audiences.
- Creative mindset, with logical and analytical capabilities, as well as excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze game metrics to inform LiveOps strategies and improve game KPIs.
- Passion for working on great games that players love and that Outfit7 had success with (tamagotchis, runners and others)
- Eagerness to learn and expand game design knowledge.
- Proactive approach to gathering feedback, as well as to validating and incorporating results.
- Positive, proactive, make-it-happen, lead-by-example attitude.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work efficiently and effectively in game production, acting as a supportive team player.
- Strong communication skills, with fluency in the English language (both written and spoken).
Your experience
- 3+ years of experience as a game designer, preferably working in LiveOps on a successful game.
- Familiarity with A/B testing, event management, special promotions, and content updates.

Compensation
Compensation will be constructed of a salary and participation in the reward plan.
