In this role you will
- Craft both short- and long-term IP roadmaps across a variety of Outfit7 products and IPs (from games, content, and licensing), in alignment with group goals with a focus on impact and growth.
- Act as a “brand guardian”, executing cohesive brand strategy and maintaining brand consistency globally (with emphasis also on China market) to ensure a unified voice across all platforms and touchpoints.
- Monitor and analyze brand and audience engagement, providing insights and recommendations based on data.
- Seek community building and the development of a loyal fan base across the globe.
- Procure impactful brand/IP collaborations with partners that are aligned with Outfit7 values and target audiences, and connected with Outfit7 sales strategies.
- Build an in-depth understanding of Outfit7 target audiences, and of market trends and competition, by leading user and market research, insight, analysis, data, and content-based inputs for various product development and other creative needs.
- Oversee creative development, including all assets related to master brand development and brand growth, ensuring consistency throughout.
- Monitor trends in the highly competitive game and entertainment environment, researching industry trends, audience behavior, and competitor analysis.

Your experience
- Minimum 10 years experience as a franchise director, brand manager, or similar.
- Prior mobile gaming IP management with a strong track record will be considered a big plus.
- Experience in leading teams and in managing direct reports.
