In this role you will
- Review, draft, and negotiate (international) contracts and execute legal reviews of digital tools in use within the company (including legal reviews and negotiating terms and conditions, and privacy documentation of digital tools).
- Monitor and implement worldwide legal developments, providing legal advice and support to departments company-wide.
- Manage various activities in the field of licensing, content, and advertising (including advertising guidelines, content regulation, and other regulations in place worldwide).
- Coordinate and cooperate with external contractors and legal experts.
- Administer the process of approving and signing contracts, as well as other legal documents.
- Monitor and advance compliance with regard to internal acts and external regulations.
- Participate in projects, provide legal assistance, and collaborate with other departments.
- Monitor legislation and standards, and manage any activities necessary to ensure internal compliance.
- Provide legal setups for company or group events and promotions.
What we’re looking for
- Passion for legal work, information technology,entertainment and the mobile industry.
- Good knowledge of and some experience with contract drafting, IP law and general legal matters.- Good communication skills, with excellent written and spoken English.
- Precise and resourceful working style.

Your experience
- Second Cycle Bologna law degree, or university law degree.
- Minimum three years of experience working as a legal counsel or other comparable position in the legal profession (preferably in the entertainment field).
- Good knowledge of intellectual property rights and obligations
- Good knowledge of English legal terminology.
- Knowledge of privacy laws and regulations is a plus.

Compensation
Compensation will be constructed of a salary and an option to receive performance bonuses.
