In this role you will
- Align people plans with business goals to support organizational success, supporting workforce planning and optimal team structures.
- Lead and refine core HR processes (performance management, career progression, talent acquisition, onboarding, offboarding, learning and development…) while implementing mentorship and career growth programs.
- Drive succession planning and leadership development, partnering with managers to identify high-potential employees and build a strong leadership pipeline.
- Lead change management initiatives during restructures, leadership transitions, and policy/process/tool implementations, ensuring smooth adoption and addressing team dynamics and engagement challenges.
- Coach and mentor managers and senior leaders on leadership, performance management, and feedback delivery, providing expertise on compensation, promotions, and organizational planning.
- Strengthen the HR function to support the employer brand, creating an environment where employees thrive to meet business objectives.
What we’re looking for

- Experience in coaching, mentoring, and guiding managers on leadership, performance, and team development.
- Proficiency in leveraging HR analytics for workforce planning and retention strategies.
- Strong knowledge of general HR practices, performance management, and industry best practices.
- Fluency in the English language (written and spoken).
Your experience
- 5+ years in an HRBP or senior HR role, ideally at fast-paced, high-growth organizations, preferably in the tech field.
- Proven ability to create added value by aligning people initiatives with business goals.
- The strong communication and influencing skills necessary to partner with senior leaders and stakeholders.
- Extensive experience in organizational development, team restructuring, leadership development, succession planning, and in optimizing HR processes.
