Senior Lead Product Marketing Manager

As a Senior Lead Product Marketing Manager you will be responsible for ensuring that the game production process remains focused on the user, from the very first ideas through the entire product life cycle. You’ll make sure that we really know the users of the game, implementing ideas that satisfy their needs, and championing user-centricity everywhere and at all times. You will drive the marketing strategy, and make sure that all experts in the distribution of games are aligned on what the product is and how it should be introduced to the market.

In this role you will

  • Formalize a value proposition for new games by working alongside the product team and other stakeholders, helping identify market opportunities.
  • Support the product vision by helping with specification of game pillars, target audience research, and marketing POV.
  • Help with the marketing plans definition in collaboration with all relevant in-house experts and departments, to increase installs and promote brand awareness.
  • Drive and guide the creation of marketing material - PUA creatives, storefronts, social, etc.
  • Keep all relevant stakeholders up to date on marketing beats to foster alignment.
  • Organize the various relevant performance departments in creating, updating, and disseminating a joint distribution report.
  • Develop ”lessons learned” and “next steps” based on distribution and product data.
  • Build and lead a high performing product marketing team.
  • Set clear goals and expectations, aligned with the company goals.
  • Set clear team developmental goals, conduct performance reviews, provide feedback and support teams growth.

What we’re looking for

  • Knowledge in the areas of game design and development, performance marketing, and the production of creative assets.
  • Knowledge and passion for video games ranging from hardcore titles to casual social games, and for entertainment as a whole.
  • Good understanding of analytics, including its benefits and limitations.
  • Good communication skills, and willingness to put time and effort into fostering cross-department collaborations.
  • Ability to build relationships with superiors and colleagues alike.
  • Solution-oriented, positive attitude.
  • Creative and analytical skills in equal measure.
  • Strong managerial and leadership skills.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in the English language.

Your experience

  • 4+ years experience as a Product Marketing Manager at a mobile gaming company.
  • Experience working both on new games and on updates and live-ops for older games.
  • Experience in managing and leading teams.

Compensation will be constructed of a salary and an option to receive performance bonuses
