In this role you will
- Develop and lead a commercially focused, value-adding marketing function, in alignment with overall business goals.

- Lead all marketing sub-departments in delivering impactful campaigns and initiatives, optimizing current practices and finding new opportunities to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.
- Oversee management of user acquisition channels (organic, cross-promotion, paid) to address challenges and leverage opportunities across various user inflow sources.
- Serve as a key contributor to senior leadership discussions, providing valuable insights to strategies and ensuring marketing's alignment with company priorities.
- Translate the company’s needs into effective marketing strategies and distribution approaches.

Your experience
- Proven track record of leading and scaling marketing teams in the games industry, specifically in the mobile games industry.
- Extensive experience in performance marketing, including managing campaigns across diverse user acquisition channels.
- Demonstrated ability to develop innovative approaches and implement emerging practices, technologies, and trends.
- Senior leadership experience with a history of contributing to high-level strategic discussions and decision-making.
- Experience in building and managing integrated marketing teams that deliver results in a collaborative, solution-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with managing budgets, evaluating ROI, and ensuring compliance with company governance standards.
