Every child has the right to play, but sometimes families need a little extra help to access great equipment and facilities. In some of our latest Giving Back activations, we were able to help provide just that.
In 2021, we joined forces with Mladinsko Letovišče Debeli Rtič, a youth center in Slovenia, to create a special Talking Tom & Friends playground. Every year, the center does amazing work – providing thousands of children in need with a safe place to play – and we were thrilled to be able to help.
And earlier this year, over 60 employees from across our company headed to Vila Šumica, near the mountains and glacial lakes of Triglav National Park, to help bring another playground to life. Vila Šumica is owned by Zavod Prijateljev Mladine, a humanitarian non-profit organization that aims to help families in need.
It’s important to us to help our communities whenever we can. For both projects, we were honored to be able to donate the funds necessary to build the playgrounds – and we’re so proud of our team for volunteering to help bring these wonderful play sites to life.
