It’s time to REplay, REgrow, and REuse in Talking Tom Gold Run and My Talking Tom Friends! Starting today and running until September 19, two of Outfit7’s flagship titles will feature special in-game events as part of the Green Game Jam 2024 project. Fans can earn bonus rewards by taking environmental action both in-game and in the real world.
As players run in Talking Tom Gold Run, they can recycle discarded plastic and collect Trash Bag Tokens. Then between runs they can feed their collection into a special recycling machine, which transforms their trash into in-game rewards like diamonds, gold bars, dynamite, and the exclusive Eco Angela outfit. What’s more, the more they recycle, the cleaner and healthier the in-game planet will become!
Meanwhile, in My Talking Tom Friends, players will earn organic fertilizer and garden seeds whenever they clean up garbage around the house. They can then use these resources to grow delicious, healthy veggies in the garden, which they can then feed to Tom and his friends. Whenever they eat, the friends produce more garbage to clean up, and that means more fertilizer and seeds!
And fans can even earn in-game rewards by taking real-world action! Using the hashtag #RERERE, they can share photos and videos of their own real-world environmental efforts with the Talking Tom & Friends community on social media. They should also look out for a special code on the Talking Tom channels, which they can redeem for in-game awards after Green Game Jam 2024 is over.
