In this role you will
- Assist in managing licensing businesses in China and Asia regions; support daily communication with licensing agents to ensure partners comply with brand guidelines.
- 协助管理中国及亚洲区域授权业务,支持授权代理商的日常沟通,确保合作伙伴遵循品牌准则。
- Assist in managing platform management and content maintenance of long video platforms, and managing the full operational cycle from invoicing to reporting.
- -协助国内长视频频道的日常平台管理与内容维护,处理从开票到报告整理的运营全流程。
- Assist in operating internal licensing management tool (product approvals, accounts, and assets library),
- -协助管理公司的授权许可内部系统(包括产品授权审批、客户和素材库), 推动授权许可产品审核。
- Handle documentation, data entry, and account management. Gather and create reports for upper management.
- 进行文件处理、数据输入、客户管理, 为公司上级整理和撰写报告。
- Support and follow partners’ promotional activities, and assist in coordinating between partners and our department.
- 对合作伙伴的营销活动进行支持和跟踪,并协助合作伙伴与本部门之间的沟通协调。
- Keep abreast of industry and market trends and best practices. Research market and client potential, and provide operational support to the business development team.
- 紧跟行业和市场趋势,为公司提供最佳实践案例信息。对市场和潜在客户进行分析研究, 为业务开发团队提供运营支持。
What we’re looking for
Your experience
- Bachelor's degree or above, with up to three years of relevant work experience.
- Passionate about branding.
- Basic knowledge about the IP (intellectual property) is an advantage.
- Knowledge and experience in the licensing and/or entertainment industry or a relevant project management experience is preferred.
- 大学本科及以上文凭,0-3年相关工作经验。
