At Outfit7 we decided to provide our business partners with creative gifts of appreciation. For the purpose of ensuring successful delivery in the time when partners' personnel may be in work from home mode, we wish to process certain personal data. In order to comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679 (GDPR)), we have to inform you, our business partners' respective personnel, of all aspects of personal data processing. This notice will help you to make an informed decision whether you wish to submit the electronic form with your personal data.

If you submit the electronic form, we will process your following personal data: Email, first and last name, contact phone number, address, and gift selection information(collectively: Personal Data);all with the purpose of providing you with a gift. Submission is voluntary - in the event that you do not submit your Personal Data, as the only consequence, you will not receive a gift.

Legal basis we rely upon is performance of the contract under art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract).

We retain and process your Personal Data for 6 months or in certain cases for a longer period as defined further below. We may retain your Personal Data on file for a longer period if required to protect our position in the event of a legal claim or proceeding and/or in case we are required to comply with legal or regulatory requirements (such as bookkeeping of tax reasons). After this period, we will destroy or anonymize your Personal Data in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

We may share your Personal Data with our subsidiary Ekipa2 d.o.o. and with our third-party service providers (such as delivery service providers, service providers helping with the packaging or logistics, system maintenance providers, online tool providers), all for the above-defined purpose. Also, we may share your Personal Data with any supervisory or any similar regulatory authority that is responsible for the enforcement of the data protection laws or other law enforcement authority upon their request.

We may transfer your Personal Data received on the basis of this notice outside the European Union (EU) and European Economic Area (EEA) where the EU Commission has confirmed an adequate level of protection or where we can ensure the careful handling of personal data by means of contractual agreements or other suitable guarantees, such as certifications or proven compliance with international security standards (US Privacy Shield, EU adequacy decisions for Switzerland and EU Standard Contractual Clauses).

You have the right to request information and access to your Personal Data, correction of your Personal Data, erasure of your Personal Data, restriction of processing of your Personal Data, transfer of your Personal Data to another party and/or object to processing of your Personal Data, all by contacting us in writing by sending an email to [email protected].

In relation to the protection of your Personal Data, we provide all the relevant technical and organizational measures necessary for safe processing and respects the applicable legislation governing the protection of personal data under the General Data Protection Regulation ((EU) 2016/679) (GDPR). We appointed a data protection officer (DPO) to oversee compliance with GDPR. For questions on handling of personal data, you can contact the DPO. You also have the right to make a complaint at any time to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) or other supervisory authority for data protection issues.
