At Outfit7 we decided to provide our business partners with creative gifts of appreciation to celebrate the upcoming releases of our new games. For the purpose of ensuring successful deliveries, we will need to process certain personal data. In order to comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679 (GDPR)), laws implementing or supplementing the GDPR, and to the extent applicable, the data protection or privacy laws of any other country (collectively: Data Protection Law), we hereby inform you, our business partners' respective personnel, of all aspects of personal data processing. This notice will help you to make an informed decision whether you wish to submit the electronic form and provide us with your personal data.

If you decide to submit the electronic form, we will process your personal data, including, your e-mail address, first and last name, company name, contact phone number and preferred delivery address (collectively: Personal Data), all with the purpose of providing you with gifts at time of release of our new games this year.

Please note your submission is entirely voluntary ; in the event that you do not submit your Personal Data, the only consequence will be that you won't receive the gifts.

The legal basis we rely upon is performance of a contract under art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract).

We may shareyour Personal Data with our affiliates (including, our subsidiary Ekipa2 d.o.o.) and with certain third-party service providers (such as delivery service providers, system maintenance providers and online tool providers), all for the above-defined purpose. Furthermore, we may share your Personal Data with any supervisory or any similar regulatory authority that is responsible for the enforcement of the data protection laws or other law enforcement authority upon their request.

Your Personal Data may be transferred to countries outside the European Union (EU) and European Economic Area (EEA) where the EU Commission has confirmed an adequate level of protection or where we can ensure the careful handling of personal data by means of contractual agreements or other suitable guarantees (e.g., EU Standard Contractual Clauses).

You have the right to file a complaint to the competent Data Protection Authority if you believe that we have not complied with the requirements of the Data Protection Law regarding your Personal Data.
