OUTFIT7 TALENT CAMP PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Outfit7 group companies ("we" or "us" or "Outfit7") collect during your application and your participation at Outfit7 Talent Camp event, and how that information is processed and protected.
Please read this Outfit7 Talent Camp Privacy Policy carefully. It provides you with certain information that must be provided under the General Data Protection Regulation ((EU) 2016/679) (GDPR) and laws implementing or supplementing the GDPR; and to the extent applicable, the data protection or privacy laws of any other country (collectively: Data Protection Law).

We will comply with Data Protection Law, which means that your data will be:

- Collected only for valid purposes that we have clearly explained to you and not used in any way that is incompatible with those purposes.

THE KIND OF PERSONAL DATA WE HOLD ABOUT YOU
In connection with your application and participation at the Outfit7 Talent Camp event, we may collect, store, and use the following information about you:
- The information you have provided on your application and during your participation on the event, including also, your name, title, address, telephone number, personal email address, confection size;
- Information on your main area of interest (artist, developer, game designer, other);
- Information on how you heard about the Talent Camp;
- The information you have provided in your curriculum vitae, your cover letter, and in your portfolio (if any);
- The information about your professional background that is available from a publicly accessible source, and we believe it is relevant to process your application to participate on the Talent Camp event(such as your profile on LinkedIn);
- The information from your ID or passport document or other travel document;
- Other information you may voluntarily provide to us during the selection process and/or the Outfit7 Talent Camp event;
- Images or recordings of you that were taken in the course of the Outfit7 Talent Camp event.
HOW IS YOUR PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED?
We process information about you that is provided to us by you or acquired or produced by Outfit7 (such as information accessible on publicly available sources and/or during the Outfit7 Talent Camp event).
If you fail to provide information when requested, which is necessary for us to consider your application for participation on the Outfit7 Talent Camp event, we may not be able to process your application properly or at all.
HOW WILL WE USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
We process your personal data to decide whether to invite you to participate in the Outfit7 Talent Camp event, to perform the Outfit7 Talent Camp event and any thereto related organizational activities and promote the Outfit7 Talent Camp event and Outfit7 brand either internally or in media.
More particular, we may process your personal data for the following purposes:
- Making a selection of participants on the Outfit7 Talent Camp event;
- Inviting you to participate in the Outfit7 Talent Camp event and concluding the Outfit7 Talent Camp Participation Agreement with you;
- Communicating with you about the Outfit7 Talent Camp event;
- Organizing and performing the Outfit7 Talent Camp event, including carrying out of all Outfit7 Talent Camp activities, communicating during the Outfit7 Talent Camp and provision of guidance and direction;
- Promoting the Outfit7 Talent Camp event and future Outfit7 events and Outfit7 brand on social and other media worldwide;
- Documentation and keeping records related to the Outfit7 Talent Camp event;
- Complying with legal or regulatory requirements or for purposes connected to legal claims or proceedings.
Please note that we may record the Outfit7 Talent Camp event. In such case we will process your personal data as captured in the photos and/or video recordings, including your image, voice, performance, and appearance, to document the Outfit7 Talent Camp event and for other internal purposes (e.g., to make internal presentations and publications, both online and in print). Subject to your consent, we may also publish such videos and photos of you on social media and other global media for the purpose of promotion of this and future Outfit7 events and Outfit7 brand.
Processing of your personal data is necessary for entering into (or taking steps prior entering into) a contract with you and further for the performance of the contract (article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Other legal grounds we are relying on are legal obligations (article 6(1)(c) GDPR), legitimate interests (article 6(1)(f) GDPR) and consent (article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Where we process your personal data based on legitimate interests under art. 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, our legitimate interests are documentation and keeping records of the event. Where we publish recordings and/or images of you in the media for promotion purposes, we rely your consent.
Automated decision-making processes – including profiling – do not take place.
DATA SHARING
We may share your personal data with our related companies and subsidiaries within the Outfit7 group, where and to the extent needed within the selection process, organization or promotion of the event, promotion of Outfit7 brand, or for the purpose of supervision or audit of the Outfit7 Talent Camp. Also, we may share your personal data with our third-party service providers (such as cloud service providers, system maintenance service providers and online tools providers and other providers that help us effectively perform the selection process, organization of the event and maintain records on the same). We may also share your personal data with other third parties, such as marketing service providers, and other service providers we may engage to help us organize and perform the event.
All our third-party service providers and related companies and subsidiaries within Outfit7 group are required to take appropriate security measures to protect your personal data. We do not allow our third-party service providers that are acting as data processors to use your personal data for their own purposes (we only permit them to process your personal data for specified purposes and in accordance with our instructions).
We may also share your personal data with any supervisory or any similar regulatory authority that is responsible for the enforcement of the Data Protection Law or other law enforcement authority upon their request.
DATA TRANSFER
We may transfer personal data received on the basis of this Privacy Policy outside European Union (EU) and European Economic Area (EEA) where the EU Commission has confirmed an adequate level of protection or where we can assure the careful handling of personal data by means of suitable guarantees (such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses). Information about this is available from us upon request.
DATA SECURITY
We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered or disclosed. In addition, we limit access to your personal data to those employees, agents, contractors and other third parties who have a business need-to-know. We have put in place procedures to deal with any suspected data security breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a suspected breach where we are legally required to do so.
DATA RETENTION
How long we will process your personal data?
We generally retain your personal data on file for a period of up to 1 year after the end of the Outfit7 Talent Camp event or in certain cases for a longer period as defined further below.
We generally retain videos / photos of you taken during the Outfit7 Talent Camp event on file for a period of 10 years. Please note, however, that when your personal data is published on social or other global media (subject to your consent), such personal data may be processed for the period of Outfit7 respective social media account being open and/or the period defined in the privacy policy of the respective media on which your personal data has been published. Furthermore, when photos and videos are published on social and other global media, it may be possible for third parties to share, copy or save such materials.
We may retain your personal data for a longer period if required to protect our position in the event of a legal claim or proceeding and/or to comply with legal or regulatory requirements and/or backup or disaster recovery mechanisms or to the extent necessary to pursue our legitimate interests (at most for as long as your interest does not outweigh the data processing). If you have consented to processing, we will retain your personal data until you revoke your consent. After this period, we will securely delete videos / photos of you that we have on file in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
YOUR RIGHTS / RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS
As a data subject under Data Protection Law you have a number of rights, including the right to:
- Request access to your personal data. This enables you to receive a copy of the personal data we hold about you and to check that we are lawfully processing it.
- Request correction of the personal data that we hold about you. This enables you to have any incomplete or inaccurate information we hold about you corrected.
- Request erasure of your personal data. This enables you to ask us to delete or remove personal data, when there is no lawful reason for us continuing to process it. You also have the right to ask us to delete or remove your personal data where you have exercised your right to object to processing (see below).
- Object to processing of your personal data where we are relying on a legitimate interest as the legal basis for processing.
- Request the restriction of processing of your personal data. This enables you to ask us to suspend the processing of your personal data, for example if you want to establish its accuracy.
- Request the receipt of your personal data, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and the transfer of your personal data to another party.
- File a complaint to the local supervisory authority for data protection issues.

Outfit7 entity who will organize Outfit7 Talent Camp event, including selecting the participants and performing the Outfit7 Talent Camp event, is Outfit7 Neo Limited, with its registered address at Christaki Kranou 20, 1st Floor, 4041, Limassol, Cyprus. Outfit7 Neo Limited is the data controller of your personal data for the purposes set forth in this Outfit7 Talent Camp Privacy Policy.
Other Outfit7 entities may process your personal data when shared with them in accordance with and as explained in the "Data Sharing" section of this Outfit7 Talent Camp Privacy Policy.
