Third Party Data Confidentiality and Usage Consent
When Outfit7’s employees, contractors, temporary workers, volunteers and other service providers allow access to any Outfit7 Data (”Contractors”) to their own employees, contractors, temporary worker volunteers and others (“Third Parties”), such Third Parties shall be bound by the same confidentiality and Company Data usage limitation and protection obligations as Contractors.
Contractors and Third Parties shall use Company Data solely to the extent needed to perform the Services in accordance with the Agreement they have concluded with Outfit7.
Contractors must submit Data Confidentiality and Usage Consent attached in Exhibit A to Third Parties for signing, prior to allowing access to any Company Data.
“Company Data” means any Outfit7 data collected by either party or exchanged between the parties pursuant to this Agreement, including but not limited to any data or information passed directly or indirectly from Company to Contractor, mobile application data, technical data, Outfit7 data, end user data (zip code, country code, time zone and any other demographic information), business data and Personal Data. Personal Data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, meaning an identifiable person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identification number or to one or more factors specific to his physical, physiological, mental, economic, cultural or social identity; whereas Persistent Identifiers are considered to be Personal Data. Persistent Identifier is an identifier that can be used to recognize a user over time and across different web sites or online services and that includes, but is not limited to, a customer number held in a cookie, an Internet Protocol (IP) address, a processor or device serial number, advertising identifier or unique device identifier.

When in contact with Outfit Limited (“Company”) Data (hereinafter referred to as “Company data”), undersigned agreed to be bound by the following:
1. I understand that “Company data” means any Company’s data that is passed from the Company to the Contractor, including but not limited to any data or information passed from the Company mobile application data, Outfit7 data, end user data (zip code, country code, time zone and any other demographic information), business data and Personal Data. Personal Data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, meaning an identifiable person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identification number or to one or more factors specific to his physical, physiological, mental, economic, cultural or social identity; whereas Persistent Identifiers are considered to be Personal Data. 2. I agree and understand that I am allowed to use Company Data solely for the performance of my services as delegated to me by the Contractor in accordance with the Agreement. I understand that the Company is the owner of all Company Data and that upon request I will transfer and/or delete all Company Data to the Contractor/Company.
3. I understand that the Company Data is Confidential Information and I will not, (i) use the Confidential Information for any purpose whatsoever (for Contractor’s own benefit or the benefit of a third party) other than the performance of my services; or (ii) disclose the Confidential Information to any third party.
4. I have read, understood and agreed to the above of my own free will.
