When Worlds Align: Talking Tom & Friends x Miraculous®

July 30, 2025

For years, fans have imagined it. Posted it. Created it. A crossover between Talking Tom & Friends and Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug & Cat Noir wasn’t just a wish - it was a recurring idea across user-generated content, fan art, and community conversations. In 2025, it becomes a reality.

Outfit7 and Miraculous Corp are launching a year-long collaboration that goes beyond simple character cameos. It’s a strategic partnership built on shared creative values, overlapping global audiences, and a joint belief in making digital worlds feel more connected and more fun.

This Isn’t a Marketing Move - It’s a Natural Step

“The truth is, our fans got there before we did,” says Tadeja Irmančnik, Global Brand Partnerships Manager at Outfit7 (Ekipa2 subsidiary). “We saw the UGC, the social posts, the constant creative crossover from our communities. And, indeed, it took us some time to assess the opportunity and do it right. But once we started looking into it seriously, everything lined up.”

The values, the narratives, the vision. Even the teams behind the brands clicked. What started as a fan-fueled idea evolved into a partnership that now spans mobile, user-generated platforms like Roblox, and plans for physical product extensions.

Leading with Play, Backed by Strategy

The first Talking Tom x Miraculous® activations go live this summer:

  • Mobile integration: The chase just got miraculous in Talking Tom Hero Dash! Players can now take on the role of Ladybug, battling The Rakoonz and saving the world.

  • Roblox crossover: Talking Tom and Talking Angela debut in Miraculous RP: Quests of Ladybug & Cat Noir, marking Talking Tom & Friends’ first-ever appearance on Roblox.

And that’s just the starting point. “We’re treating this like a fan-first collaboration,” says Tea Dora, Head of Marketing at Outfit7 (Ekipa2 subsidiary). “We're planning narrative-driven content, cross-platform storytelling, and yes, we’re bringing it into physical spaces, too.”

With up to 470 million active monthly users across the Talking Tom & Friends games and 850+ million games played in the Miraculous Roblox universe, the reach is already there. But the intention isn’t just scale, it’s synergy.

Why It Works

“It’s not about pushing characters into random places,” says Jernej Česen, COO at Outfit7. “We look for overlap - in fanbases, in energy, in values. When we see that connection, we know we’re not forcing anything. We're building on something that’s already happening.”

That intentionality shows up in how the brands approach collaboration: with flexibility, shared ambition, and trust. “We don’t see other developers or IP owners as competitors. We see them as co-players in the same creative playground. Fans move between games all the time. Why shouldn’t their favorite characters?”

It’s a sentiment echoed by Elinor Schops, VP of Gaming Experience at Miraculous Corp: “This isn’t just a crossover - it’s a celebration of the passion our communities bring. We’re giving them more ways to engage, in the places and formats they already love.”

Collaboration That Feels Organic

Part of what makes this partnership stand out is how naturally it fits into each brand’s universe. The tone, the energy, the storytelling - they speak to the same community of players, creators, and fans. And the collaboration doesn’t dilute either brand. Instead, it adds depth.

“This is what we love about working in entertainment,” says Tadeja Irmančnik. “Of course it’s about goals and business and growth. But it’s also about joy and feel-good moments, which we deliver to our fans. And this partnership has been full of that, on both sides.”

What's Next

This is just the beginning. More in-game events, more storytelling, and more ways to bring these worlds together and to life are on the way. Both teams are focused on keeping the momentum going, without losing what made this collaboration work in the first place: listening to fans, respecting the brands, and building experiences that feel like a natural extension of how people already play.

Because when the fit is right - in values, in vision, in vibe - the rest follows.
