Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming customer emails regarding billing issues, product problems, service questions, and general client concerns.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism with clients, working to establish a positive rapport with every customer.
  • Work with product teams to stay updated on product knowledge and informed of any changes to company policies.
  • Impact the company’s bottom line by solving problems effectively and turning frustrated clients into repeat customers.

Required skills
  • Proficient in remaining professional and courteous with customers at all times.
  • Able to see the big picture in order to make connections between departments and get the right information to help the customer.
  • Fluent in the English language, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Required experience
  • 1+ years of experience in a customer support role.
  • Strong contact handling and active listening skills.
  • Familiar with CRM systems and practices.
  • Excellent customer orientation abilities, with expertise in adapting and responding to different people, both in terms of personality and needs.
  • Strong multi-tasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required, but a college degree is preferred.
