Check out the game plan

  • Develop and uphold the brand’s holistic architecture and a visual and verbal identity that will consistently reflect its purpose, values, characteristics, and objectives across all existing (games, video content, licensing, etc.) and upcoming product touchpoints (theme parks, movie, etc.).
  • Work across all departments (Game Production, Product Marketing, Campaigns, Video Content, Licensing, etc.) to ensure and implement a proper, consistent, and compelling brand presence and narrative across all product touchpoints.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of a brand strategy that supports the company’s long-term vision – to become a leader in next-generation entertainment by bringing fun into every home – and business objectives.
  • Helping plan and manage the marketing strategy and annual marketing and media plans, eventually including brand awareness campaigns and marketing campaigns.
  • Define, plan, and deliver ongoing core brand-related research and brand success metrics and turn the resulting insight into effective strategies and integrated creative executions.
  • Oversee the brand management team in China and the brand-related work in the China region.

Required experience
  • 4+ years of experience in the sphere of brand architecture and brand identity development and upholding, ideally at companies with multiple products and/or services.
  • Significant experience in managing and developing brands in complex organizations.
  • Considerable experience in creating and implementing marketing and brand strategies and annual planning.
  • Proven track record of successful brand design, creative development, and content creation across all marketing mediums and for all marketing channels.
  • Demonstrable knowledge in conducting core research and metrics to ensure optimum marketing effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Passion for and background in entertainment and/or the gaming industry.
