Responsibilities
  • Immerse yourself in business/game development quickly in order to advise and work effectively with the team.
  • Build trusting partnerships with team leaders and individual team members.
  • Work directly with team leaders on a wide variety of challenges, including talent acquisition, on-boarding, talent management, organizational design, leadership development, and engagement.
  • Embody the core values we have as an organization and foster our culture through staying fun, proactive, and engaging.
  • Constantly assess the company’s organizational pulse and identify opportunities to drive improvements.
  • Contribute to making our HR team world-class, helping us remain one of the best employers in Slovenia and raising our brand awareness globally.

Required skills
  • Strong understanding of how to work with teams and what it takes for your relationship with them to be successful.
  • Positive, make-it-happen, lead-by-example attitude.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to take initiative, solve problems creatively and run with a project.
  • Full proficiency in the English language (both written and spoken).

Required experience
  • Two years of experience in the HR space working as a partner within the tech industry (bonus points if you’ve worked in the gaming industry!).
  • Broad knowledge of top notch HR practices.
