Responsibilities
  • Manage a range of office and facility-related issues, including reception services, meeting room planning, and so on.
  • Organize the office layout and maintain appropriate supplies of stationery and equipment (ordering it as necessary), maintaining the condition of the office, and arranging for necessary repairs.
  • Develop and oversee the office’s administrative system, taking responsibility for record management, managing filing systems, etc.
  • Balance the office budgets, recording and managing office expenditure.
  • Professionally manage and coordinate travel arrangements and business trips, including booking flights and accommodation reservations, meetings and appointments, etc.
  • Provide support for international employees during the relocation process.
  • Organize events for the company and see them through to completion.
  • Provide guidance and counsel to all employees with regard to office programs, guides, and practices, discussing problems with them and tracking their satisfaction.
  • Review and implement the company's health and safety policies, reinforcing and promoting equality and diversity policies, reviewing and updating health and safety policies, and ensuring they are all observed.
  • Support the new employee onboarding program.
  • Arrange training courses for employees, promoting and supporting employee development and training and providing support for the organization of internal and external training.

Required skills
  • Excellent understanding of other people's behavior and needs.
  • Strong communication skills, with fluency in the English language, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Outstanding follow-through, with excellent time management and project management skills in order to deliver desired results. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Passion for mobile games and entertainment industry is a plus.

  • 3+ years of experience in leading and managing office operations.
  • Ability to devise and implement a variety of policies and procedures.
  • Experience managing and organizing a wide range of business events. Background in supporting office operations across multiple locations is a plus.
