  • Work with Google, Facebook and top mobile developers like Gameloft, King, Ubisoft, and Machinezone and have a direct influence on the ad revenue income.
  • Manage campaigns and perform A/B testing on alternative creatives, including performance monitoring and analytical conclusions.
  • Visit the biggest gaming events in the world, such as Gamescom, Casual Connect, and China Joy.

Responsibilities
  • Handle the monetization of inventory and programmatic activities across a network of games (in-app).
  • Analyze trends and optimize campaigns to improve revenues.
  • Act as a point of contact for the agencies with regards to our in-app campaigns, as well as for internal and external stakeholders with regards to all programmatic and operational questions.
  • Maintain a great relationship with programmatic and header bidding partners.
  • Set up and manage campaigns (Direct, PMPs and Programmatic Direct).
  • Help integrate new header bidding partners into the Outfit7 ecosystem.
  • Assist with the integration of all third-party ad technology.
  • Assist with legal contracts and other administrative tasks.
  • Contribute to other advertising related projects.
  • Work closely and effectively with remote teams in Slovenia and India.

Required skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once and prioritize tasks independently.
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of technology and programmatic, header bidding, SDK, and S2S (Server 2 Server) integrations.
  • Clear understanding of the ad tech and advertising landscape.
  • Understanding and experience in yield optimization and revenue growth.
  • Analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, with fluency in the English language.
  • Highly organized work style and a well-developed work ethic.
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work as a team player.

Required experience
  • At least 4 years of experience in the industry (experience working with in-app is a plus).
  • At least 2 years of programmatic experience.
  • Familiarity with all aspects of HB implementation, such as integration, testing, line item set up, QA’ing, etc.
  • Good knowledge of ad operations, like setting up and optimizing programmatic campaigns.
  • Experience with ad servers (ad manager) and SSPs.
  • Experience working with multiple teams and cross-functional interactions.
