Managing and maintaining relationships to optimizing campaign revenue, your skills, drive, and initiative will keep us riding at the top of India’s mobile gaming boom.

  • Work with Google, Facebook and top mobile developers like Gameloft, King, Ubisoft, and Machinezone and have a direct influence on the ad revenue income.
  • Manage campaigns and perform A/B testing on alternative creatives, including performance monitoring and analytical conclusions.
  • Visit the biggest gaming events in the world, such as Gamescom, Casual Connect, and China Joy.

Responsibilities
  • Drive local sales in India.
  • Find new opportunities to explore and grow revenues.
  • Be the point of contact for: brands in India; for all agencies regarding in-app campaigns; all third-party SSPs (Facebook, Mobpab, Adx, etc.); and all ad networks and ad exchanges.
  • Oversee the integration of all third-party ad technology.
  • Work with remote teams in Slovenia and the UK.
  • Grow location connections for expansion across other devices and local stores.
  • Responsible for building adtech to support local implementation.
  • Explore opportunities across Native and Header bidding solutions.
  • Work closely with the GM and Marketing Director to help with distribution, the localization of apps, licensing, and any other parts of the business where required.

Required skills
  • Good knowledge of different business functions.
  • First-rate understanding of and experience in yield optimization and revenue growth.
  • Tech knowledge and proficiency with and understanding of SDK and S2S (Server 2 Server) integrations.
  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in the English language (both written and spoken).
  • Highly organized work style, with a strong work ethic.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Leadership skills would be a plus.

Required experience
  • At least 8+ years of experience in advertising (ideally in-app).
  • Educated to degree level in Business Management or a Masters in Business Administration (or equivalent).
  • Experience working with agencies regarding managing budgets, hitting ROI goals, and moving quickly to address market changes.
  • Good contacts and relationships with agencies, brands, and people in the advertising industry.
  • Experience in closing deals with clients.
  • Proven track record of working with clients on big budget campaigns and driving company revenue.
  • Understanding of the gaming industry and monetization is a plus.
  • Knowledge of distribution, mediation, licensing, and media content would be a great plus.
